To register and use 123 Go you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:
Age Verification: 123 Go reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. During any age verification review, access to withdrawals may be suspended. Accounts confirmed as belonging to persons under 18 will be permanently closed without exception and any balance will be withheld.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account on 123 Go at any time. Opening multiple accounts – whether under the same name, the same payment method or otherwise – is a material breach of these Terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed and any balance being forfeited.

123 Go may at any time require you to verify your identity by submitting one or more of the following: a government-issued national identity card (CNIC), a passport, a utility bill, or bank or mobile wallet statement in your name. Accounts where identity cannot be verified to 123 Go's satisfaction may be suspended or permanently closed.
Any winnings generated while an Account holds materially inaccurate registration information may be voided. 123 Go will not be liable for any losses you incur as a result of providing incorrect information during registration or at any subsequent point.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You agree not to share your username, password or any security codes with any third party under any circumstances. 123 Go will never ask you for your password by email, telephone or live chat.
You agree to notify 123 Go support immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. 123 Go will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure the Account. However, 123 Go accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have shared your credentials or failed to keep them secure.
All transactions conducted through your Account before 123 Go receives written notification of unauthorised access remain your responsibility. Enabling two-factor authentication, where available, significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access and is strongly recommended.

123 Go offers a range of promotions to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms displayed on the promotion page at the time of claiming, which supplement and are incorporated into these General Terms. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these General Terms, the specific promotion terms prevail for that promotion only.
If you would prefer to play without a bonus, you can opt out of any active promotion by contacting 123 Go support before making a qualifying deposit. Once a bonus has been credited to your Account it cannot be removed without forfeiting any associated winnings.
All deposits to your 123 Go Account are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit is Rs 500. Deposits are processed using the payment methods listed in the cashier section of your Account, which currently include Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, Visa and Mastercard.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from your Account cashier, subject to there being sufficient Real Funds in your balance and any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds having been met.
Once your identity is verified for your first withdrawal, subsequent withdrawals to the same payment method do not require additional document submission unless 123 Go identifies specific circumstances requiring a review.
All games available on 123 Go are operated either by 123 Go directly or by third-party Game Providers. Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible from within the game interface. In the event of a discrepancy between in-game rules and these General Terms, the in-game rules apply to that specific game.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on 123 Go. Engaging in any of the below will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance and may be referred to appropriate authorities:
You may close your Account at any time by contacting 123 Go support. Before closure is processed, any pending withdrawal requests will be completed. Any remaining Real Funds balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method. Bonus Funds balances are forfeited upon Account closure.
123 Go may suspend or permanently close an Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period, or at the direction of a regulatory or law enforcement authority.
Where an Account is closed by 123 Go due to a verified breach of these Terms, any balance held in the Account at the time of closure may be forfeited. Where an Account is closed for other reasons at 123 Go's initiative, Real Funds will be returned.
All content on the 123 Go platform – including but not limited to the brand name, logo, game interfaces, visual design, written content, software code and data – is the property of 123 Go or its licensed Game Providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 123 Go platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any part of the platform without express written permission from 123 Go.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 123 Go's total liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the amount of Real Funds held in that Player's Account at the time of the relevant incident.

123 Go reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where a change is material – meaning it substantially affects your rights or obligations as a Player – we will provide at least 14 days' notice by email to your registered address or by displaying a prominent notice within the platform before the change takes effect.
Minor amendments, such as corrections of typographical errors or clarifications that do not alter your substantive rights, may be made without advance notice. The version number and Last Updated date at the top of this document will be updated accordingly.
Continued use of 123 Go after an amendment takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to arrange the return of any Real Funds balance.
